The Week’s Biggest Winner & Loser

Uranium ETF (URA)

The price of uranium recovered from its brief selloff from its highs, reaching all-new highs and causing the Uranium ETF (URA) to radiate +16.56%, earning it the spot of the Week’s Biggest Winner.

Virgin Galactic (SPCE)

Virgin Galactic (SPCE) crash-landed after news broke Thursday evening that the company would be pushing back its civilian space-flight service until Q4-2022. While the company is doing exactly what anyone would hope they would – ensuring their ships are 100% safe – the news disappointed investors, causing the stock to drop -13.45% and locking in SPCE as the Week’s Biggest Loser.

This Week’s Moves

Fabled Gold & Silver Co. (FBSGF): Added to Position

Despite gold and silver prices rallying on Wednesday – highly-speculative, lottery-ticket, commodities play Fabled Gold & Silver (FBSGF) sold off, triggering a buy order I had in place that filled at $0.0812.

The buy order lowered my per-share cost -3.18% from $0.0976 to $0.0945. From here, my next buy order is $0.0769 and my next sell target is $0.5642.

As is this case with all these super-speculative commodities plays, these are lottery tickets not speculative investments and should be treated as such. In other words, I don’t risk more on any of these bets than I am willing to lose entirely, and I fully anticipate any or all of them to go to zero.

FBSGF closed the week at $0.0932, up +14.78% from where I added Wednesday.
